As CEO of Spyrosoft Ltd, and an active member of the global leadership team, I focus on driving business growth and ensuring our clients achieve real value from technology. My responsibilities include overseeing strategic partnerships, guiding digital transformation initiatives, and aligning our bespoke software development capabilities with the unique needs of each organisation.
I also lead Spyrosoft’s public sector strategy, drawing on my extensive experience working within this space. By understanding the unique challenges of government and public services, I help shape solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and citizen outcomes. My role involves building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the sector and ensuring that our teams deliver technology that makes a measurable difference to public services.
I work closely with both our clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, innovation, and efficiency. By combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of industry challenges, I help position Spyrosoft as a trusted partner for organisations looking to scale, adapt, and stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
My Spyrosoft Story
I co-founded Spyrosoft with a simple but ambitious goal: to build a technology company that blends deep technical expertise with real-world industry knowledge. From the start, we set out to do more than just deliver software — we wanted to become long-term partners for our clients, helping them innovate, adapt, and grow in an increasingly digital world.
My own background gave me a clear perspective on the challenges organisations face, particularly within the public sector. Having worked extensively in that environment, I saw first-hand the need for agile, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that could make a tangible difference. That experience has shaped much of Spyrosoft’s approach and continues to guide our focus today.
Since those early days, I’ve been proud to see Spyrosoft grow into one of Europe’s fastest-growing technology companies, recognised by the Financial Times and trusted by clients across industries. Along the way, I’ve remained committed to fostering a culture that values collaboration, integrity, and innovation — qualities I believe have been central to our success.
